Ethan & Tom are a London-based filmmaking team known for their inventive direction that captures urban life and youthful energy through experimental aesthetics and expert technical fluency. Their fresh artistic vision is often brought to life through casting that emphasizes authenticity to bring naturalistic, nuanced performances to screen that are intimate and grounded in realism. Through diverse methods of filmmaking, Ethan & Tom are able to tell stories ranging from well-crafted visual jokes to stunning and extravagant cinematic worlds.

Their career as directors began with music videos for friends, which quickly became opportunities to direct films for artists like Fred Again, PinkPantheress, Flohio, Greentea Peng, P-rallel, Nayana IZ, Berwyn, Tendai, Jeshi, and “Ten” for Wu-Lu, which won a UKMVA in 2022. Ethan & Tom’s sharp narrative edge and Gen-Z appeal have led to many brand collaborations, highlighting their ability to tackle challenges head-on while staying true to their unique artistic vision.
